S/V Mother Jones is SOLD!

We’ve had our adventures living aboard and cruising over 4,000nm in the Western Caribbean. Now, Mother Jones is sailing with a wonderful new Captain and First Mate.

General info:

Fuel & water capacity:

  • Fuel storage: Two 20 gallon onboard tanks gas; reserve 6 gallon tank + 40 gal in jerry jugs for a total 86 gallons onboard
  • Potable water storage: two, 20 gallon tanks port and starboard aft
  • Head 20 gal. holding tank
  • inline raycor fuel filter/water separator

Engine:

  • Outboard motor 2006 Yamaha 50 HP, four stroke, combo gauges

Ground tackle:

  • Two anchors- 35lb CQR with 70 ft chain and 150ft rode and a 25lb
  • Danforth with 25 ft chain & 200ft rode
  • Winch Buddy.

Dinghy:

  • 10ft inflatable APEX rigid bottom dinghy with 15hp yamaha 2-stroke motor
  • Custom dinghy davits-400lb
  • Dinghy motor kicker stand on swim steps

Sails & rigging:

  • All lines run back to cockpit for safety and ease
  • Norsman rigging
  • Roller-furled main mast
  • New pro furl with new 150% Genoa (Aug 2012)
